Browser Support



We have tested our website on as many browsers as we can get our hands on and aim to support as many people as possible. There will always be one or two problems for a small number of users but we will do everything we can to make sure that your experience with us is a happy one. With this in mind, we support all modern browsers and up-to-date devices (such as iPads, iPhones, Android, etc).

If you do experience problems and need to place an order urgently, the best way to do this is to call us on 0870 460 467 where we will take a phone order and log the error. If you have a bit of time to look into why you may be experiencing issues, we have some tips below.



Make sure everything is up to date



By far this is the most common problem and the simplest solution - is everything up to date? If you don't know much about computers, please visit Microsoft's website and follow their instructions to update your browser http://www.microsoft.com/ie.

If you do know a thing or two about computers there are many more options open to you. Please visit the following links for a list of current browsers Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Firefox, Opera. These are the staple browsers that we do all our testing on.



What is needed for the website to work



In order for this website to work, you need JavaScript turned on, cookies enabled, and for best use a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher. Normally these things are on by default and you shouldn't have to do anything technical to get things working. However, if you are experiencing problems we can check if these things are on for you and have listed them below. If anything is turned off you will need to make sure they're on before things will work properly.
